I practise BB for 4 years with 6 months ( oct 2004 ) without training because of injury. I started again in january 2005.

Training : Week 1 :- Monday : Chest / Biceps
- Tuesday : Legs
- Wednesday : Shoulders / Triceps
- Thursday : Back / Biceps
- Friday : Legs
- Saturday : Chest / Triceps
- Rest
Week 2 :- Monday : Chest / Triveps
- Tuesday : Legs
- Wednesday : Shoulders / Biceps
- Thurday : Back
- Friday : Legs
- Saturday : Biceps / Triceps
- Rest
I do cardio 5 times a week 25 -- 30 min
On the end, i have 0 carbs in my diet
