Arnold is told that he suffered a scitzoid embolism, and is making things up as he goes, and needs to be talked down from his psychosis. Arnold is told to take a pill representing his willingness to cooperate. if he doesnt, he will be lobatomized. Arnold thinks about it. He then takes the pill, shoots the shrink in the head, and spits the pill on the shrink's corpse.
