Anyone ever use this liquid grip?

Dude in the gym let me try it once and it worked really good, just wondering if anyone has any long term usage VS chalk?

I've used liquid chalk, helped greatly with my transition from deads with straps to without.

No but every now and then I will embark on a power lifting phase in my training.  For about 6-8 weeks I will train 3 days per week doing squat, dead and incline bench/military press - dipping down to 1RMs.

I once got a free small bottle of a product called liquid chalk from an order i placed at Bulknutrition. It worked pretty well i thought. A lot easier than using chalk, only need to apply once and your set..The company has been making this product since 2003 if i remember correctly
