today ive done the most workout ive done in 6 months

150 squats in the AM with a few spoon fulls of peanutbutter and 150 falcon punches. i did them from about 9 ish to about 10 :30 ish then left to work did 40 pushups rest paused after i had lunch then when i got home about 7 i did 40 more pushups rest paused....i plan on doing more tonite aswell this is a new start.

still doing the vegetarian thing

but the inner failcan scientist in me  felt i had to use my old myoplex supplement because beans and legumes and potatoes werent cutting it, because i needed something to mix with the blackstrap molasses. and these two most definitly go together (molasses and myoplex). i have one 3/4 scoop of myoplex vanilla with 1.5 tablespoons of molasses in 24 ounces of water

also forgot to mention ive been eating shredded wheat cereal out of the box with raisons  after my bean and potato lunch, probably the most perfect energy meal or desert possible!

i find its best too when i eat things like peanutbutter , that i should just have a spoonfull at the time and really taste that one spoonfull of the fat instead of gorging myself,..then proceed to do some reps then drink tons of water after reps

but like a poster said i cherish and enjoy/ed the moments i had with my girl, im greatful to have enough money to lose and still have financial stability

That workout is ok Falcon, but it ain't gone put any lean muscle on ya. What are your goals man? Lose fat? Gain muscle? Obtaining a greater level of fitness?

well i weigh 270 and 40 pushups pumps up my chest like crazy at this weight. My goal is to be able to do this everyday maybe increase it. i have plenty of fat to lose though. if i do this daily ill gradually lose fat and look good in the end after being consistent

consistency is key any day off from working out you lower your average workout output . so thats why i want to stay steady till i burn out and eventually take a day off

Try to do 30 min of hard and continuous activity twice a day (riding a stationary bike is probably the best activity). So what is your bodyfat % at the moment, a rough estimate? FYI, I WILL go from my current level of 15% to 8% in 3 weeks time 8)

you are probably right about the 30 min of hard and continuis activity. i always change my routine instinctively. but yeah when you sweat like that with cardio that is the key right there. my body tends to go mesomorph mode and put on fat but keep muscle . im maybe 40 pounds overweight in other words me now at 270 i would be zero percent bodyfat at 230

So if you have 40 pounds of fat at 270 then that puts you at roughly 15%. How many calories do you consume daily, do you got any idea?

most definitly. her only physical activity was fucking and sucking other than that she laid on that damn heating pad all day on the bed watching music videos on youtube or tv shows off of hulu or click potato

not really my thing to fuck a girl in her ass though much but she certainly didnt mind it

the failcan is 6feet6 with big fat glutes and fat stomach, love handles fat lower back right now. but only took two leg workouts to see that tri-cut in my quads

im finding the ultimate energy food is shredded meanie wheat cereal right out of the box with raisons and drink plenty of water as needed. along with pb here and there= ultimate energy

Well, if you want to get lean quickly then you gots to cut the calories way down, and hit 2 hard and continous 30 min sessions daily, no ifs, ands, or buts about it ma man 8) But if you are patient, then you can do it over a longer period of time, with a more sane and sensible plan, but why not just do it quickly and get it over with, man?
