today ive done the most workout ive done in 6 months
150 squats in the AM with a few spoon fulls of peanutbutter and 150 falcon punches. i did them from about 9 ish to about 10 :30 ish then left to work did 40 pushups rest paused after i had lunch then when i got home about 7 i did 40 more pushups rest paused....i plan on doing more tonite aswell this is a new start.
still doing the vegetarian thing
but the inner failcan scientist in me felt i had to use my old myoplex supplement because beans and legumes and potatoes werent cutting it, because i needed something to mix with the blackstrap molasses. and these two most definitly go together (molasses and myoplex). i have one 3/4 scoop of myoplex vanilla with 1.5 tablespoons of molasses in 24 ounces of water
also forgot to mention ive been eating shredded wheat cereal out of the box with raisons after my bean and potato lunch, probably the most perfect energy meal or desert possible!
i find its best too when i eat things like peanutbutter , that i should just have a spoonfull at the time and really taste that one spoonfull of the fat instead of gorging myself,..then proceed to do some reps then drink tons of water after reps
but like a poster said i cherish and enjoy/ed the moments i had with my girl, im greatful to have enough money to lose and still have financial stability
