Jones is an absolute phenom-- He's too strong, too good a wrestler, has too much reach and is hungry. Im still picking Shogun.

He lit up Overeem back in the day, he's beaten other guys that have been bigger. I think Im probably going to eat my words, but I can't pick against Shogun no matter who it is at 205.

Regardless- Jones will be champ one of these days and I would say he has a 50/50 shot of beating Shogun in March.

Jones is a illusive fighter...but shogun won his belt from the so called "most illusive fighter"...so i don't know...could go either way..

on a side note...anyone notice how nervous Jones was against masterbader? he needs to learn to calm the nerves a little..

Didn't effect the outcome so f it. Also, he's still crazy young. I can't believe he is having such a mythical rise to the top at such a young age. If he beats Shogun ( which he has a 50/50 chance imo) he will have already had what is a legendary career.

Shogun because he used to fight in PRIDE. When trying to decide whether a fighter is gona win a fight, if the fighter used to fight in PRIDE, then he is the heavy favorite.

My prediction= Coltrane loses the main event for the 4th consecutive card but wins 2 untelevised preliminary fights and declares himself the winner.

Sounds like sour grapes to me.

If you want to JUST have the televised fights as part of the picks, then that is something you need to figure out PRIOR to OK'ing the event.

Or, do you want to just do the main event, me picking Bones, and you picking Rua? Of course, for all bragging rights etc.
