ANy experience with sodium loading b4 a show? I did not do it last time, and I think I was not half as vascular as I should have been.
In my first show, I added sodium on the day before the show, at around 6pm... it worked ok for me.
The last show, I did not, and after my "pig out" meal, I was 12 lbs heavier in the morning, and my skin looked like a map, so many veins.
Would like to know what people think and what their experiences are.
