Well, hate to admit it but I did HcG. The shit works. I did not follow the stupid diet. I am a retired Heavyweight BB and had not worked out since 1996. I cut out pizza and ice c ream and had about 2,000 calories a day. I lost 1 Lb. per day no bullshit. I lost 38 lbs., mostly fat in 40 days. It was ridiculous. Then I went off HcG and have held off the weight. I did gain some weight now as I have been working out 3 days a week. I had not worked out since 1996 so muscle memory put on a quick 12 Lbs in one month. I know people will say no way, but it worked for me.
