Here's mine: arms, legs, chest, back, rest,shoulders, rest, repeat. Should i move one of my rest days between legs and chest or what while on aas? It so far has been good to me and i hate training two parts per day; i feel like im cheating one part. Do you have better results with twice a week splits or once a week i guess would be my question. Keep in mind im a natural hardgainer! Will the gear help to recover that much to train more without overtraining or is that too person to person different?
