Because if a "she" did then it wouldn't be God.

Are you saying that christianity is sexist? Say it ain't so. No one's ever seen this supposed deity, how would you know the gender of it?

A deity that can make silly impressionable men believe and do stupid shit has got to be female.

Show me where I said NO ONE will ever believe fairy tales , I didn't type that

and again it wasn't on the currency a LOT longer than it was and you'll get no argument from me about a lot of dumb people believing
What about smart people believing?

I do love nature, it's amazing.  The only thing is nature can't forgive my sins or give me the gift of eternal life.  I just wants others to experience the same gift of salvation and love of Christ that I have.  I don't expect you to change your lives because of my words today, but I do hope you don't fully dismiss them.  All you have to do is confess with your mouth that Christ is Lord and believe in your heart that he is risen from the grave and you'll be saved.

If you were at the crucifixion of Jesus, would you do everything in your power to try and stop it? Remember, by your own morals you are obliged to do so. But! a paradox rears its ugly face as you can probably guess.

What would you do?

That doesn't answer anything , are you even going to try and elaborate on your position?  :-\

If you take a step back and look at all the major religions as a whole, theyre all pretty close to the same thing, just cultrual variances between them.
So, IMHO, they probably all originated back from the same place, and as we know, people change things and put there own twist on it.
I dont think ANY of the religious books today are 100% truth, as man has had his hands in all of them.
I would believe that as long as you had faith and tried to live a good life, regardless of which variant you choose, he's probably not going to condemn you to hell.

Ok, I'm confused as how you can still have faith even with the apparent gaps in your logic that I've pointed out for you. If you answered our questions it would put an end to my confusion.

Morally I don't want murder, but Christ told his disciples that this is the will of Father and must be done.   Christ's disciple Peter attempted to step in with a sword when the guards came to arrest Christ, he told Peter to stand down.  I would stand down and not interfere if the Lord commanded me to.

Like I said you're good at avoiding questions and it's obvious you're in over your head and are just trolling at this point.

It absolutely does.

My position? I follow the Bible.

Why is this so confusing for you?

I see you are very unsure in your beliefs which is why you keep asking me questions in the search for truth. As I am perfectly sure of my faith and definately don't seek you for anything.

So the washing away of your sins is worth the sacrifice of a fellow human being(god in your case)? As you've just demonstrated, the foundations of christianity rests upon a highly immoral act and you would have no problem participating in it. In fact, you wish for it to happen.

That's honestly pretty fucked up.

Quite the contrary , you're avoiding at all costs elaborating on your position. I'm asking questions to expose how little you know and how contradictory it is , especially when you're claiming to have the truth which all religions do , again what makes your religion true and others false? and please don't use the text because they all use that as proof and we all know 10 different religions all can NOT be true

love=dying a slow painful death?

love=allowing murder to happen?

It's funny how a omnipotent god had to sacrifice 'himself' in a barbaric way in highly illiterate part of middle east to wash away peoples sins, sins that he by design made sure was innate in them.

The whole concept of washing away sins is disgusting.. it means that you're relieved of your moral responsibilities and consequences. What would separate us from poo-flinging monkeys if we were relieved of that burden?
