Thats monster Gym that has them.  They are 150kgs which is 330lbs.  The crazy thing is they have db's in 2kg incriments all the way up to 150kg so if you fancy only doing 300lb dbs you can.  Dont see the 150's move much though.  They are petty long.  Id imagine apart from rowing one logistically even if you were strong enough to press them they are so wide they would get in the way of each other.

I tried rowing the 220 lbr at Die Hard. First rep didnt want to leave the ground for some reason ;).   Tried to do DB deads with both of them as a prelude to shrugs- thought I could deadlift over 500 so 440 in dumbells wouldnt be so bad- WRONG. The pain was unreal.. missed the lockout totally. Ended up doing one arm shrugs lol.
