lol no i like natural training, i went from 180ish to 220 as a natural in 2 yrs

and maybe u do have some small amount of muscle but your not a young guy for the gym, u should grow a set of balls already and fill up a syringe. i will have more respect for you. just cuz my name is test kush growth doesnt mean im hormonized, those are all natural substances

Anyone can do that.

The question is, how did it look? And how much of it was body fat? Almost always, when people gain that kind of weight naturally it is NOT lean gains.

If I wanted to I could have kept on bulking and brought my body weight up to 200 or higher. But I'm not into having high body fat. I'm into being lean.

I wear beanies but only northface ones or supreme hats , shit tha looks cool but i dont wear out to soak up sweat .. But I always throw that ish in the wash right afterwards ... Ppl that wear the same hat two , three times in a row is classless ... Not a good look
