It is alot easier for him to look like that. He dosent have to diet too hard and not much cardio, just enjoying life and food. It just depends of peoples metabolism.

Lol. I'll take that as a compliment, as I'm not anywhere near the size I was when I was competing. I train 3-4 days a week at most and try and maintain the best I can.

Bob appears to be as tall or even taller than Ronaldo Coleslaw.  Could it be that Sir Robert of Cicherillo is actually taller than some (or is it "many") that post here think?  Either that or FatASS Coleslaw is also a shortie.  Coming from a guy that's barely 5 feet tall (me  ;D), I vote Bob as being fairly tall.
