What I have learned through research and "field testing" over the past 6 months or so RE: GH specific fatloss. Take if for what its worth. This is not meant to be "the one" protocol. It's based on research I have found and my experience implementing the ideas.

GH primary method of action for burning fat occurs in the absence of insulin/high blood glucose. When maximal fat loss is the objective this is what I am doing with good results:
*upon waking 2 - 3IU HGH + 200MG caffeine + 40mcg clen + 25mcg T3
*wait 30 - 45 mins for fat oxidation to begin via coffee/clen
*@ 2 - 3IU GH, you get peak levels around 1 - 1.5 hours after injecting, and the GH is "cleared" within the 3 - 4 hour range
*do moderate intensity cardio fasted in the AM for 60 to 90 minutes
*the fat oxidation of the above cocktail causes improved release of Free Fatty Acids in the absence of glucose (other energy source, ea. why fast period prior is important)
*the moderate cardio allows the *USE* of those FFAs for energy
*those that are released, but not used as energy via activity (cardio) get redeposited <= read that again
*after cardio I do not eat for a minimum of 2 hours because the introduction and subsequent signaling halts the use of FFAs and causes them to redeposit
*think of the FFA burning process as a dimmer, rather than a light switch - you do all the work to take the right supps, do cardio, and initiate this "internal sequence" you don't "burn" all of your fat when you are on the treadmill, thats just part of a system that is being used. the process is still going for a couple hours post cardio, which is why I want to miximize the use of the fat I have freed up within the body, rather than immediately introducing an external energy source post cardio
*I don't do this every day, I do the equivalent to 1.5 days fat burning & 1.5 days muscle building, which is fasted cardio 2 days on 1 day off, which is referred to as a "toggle"
*I only take the clen every first day of cardio, and every other second, which prevents down regulation, and allows the lower dosage
*this will not cause you to "lose" muscle, for many reasons, the least of which is the clen, GH, and likely anabolic/androgenic compounds that are also circulating in conjunction with the oscillation between fat burning and muscle building
*if you want to take additional GH for fatloss, align it with the times when insulin is quite inside the body (away from spikes) yes this is different than what is talked about with insulin and GH, thats because the goal here is fat loss not muscle gain
*so a good protocol for those that want to use more than 2-3IU would be AM precardio, 1 hour pre-WO (circuit training style/high intensity), and pre-bed which would net you 6 - 9IU per day on maximal fat loss day




i always thought if you take your juice, gh in split dose, lift heavy, eat clean, get sleep = good results

am i right?

If your doing fasted cardio with all the fatburners, you dont even need GH to get a low bodyfat.

Ive gotten sliced with tren/masteron/clen with some cardio towards the end

Good article (or atleast interesting) but if i were to take all those stims. at the same time i'd be shaking the entire day...
(Even caffeine get's me going at 50 mg)...

nonono fellas to get shredded all you need to do is wake up go to the gym with empty stomach, start slow paced cardio, pop caffeine+ephedrine all day, do this for 6hours straight every time.
