what is it with the redsox and naming sandwiches after them. remember the nomar special what garciaparra said was responsible for his rapid weight gain. bryant gumbel however begged to differ outing him along with several others on his real sports show as steroid users.

Name a major city that does not have sandwiches named after their sports stars?

I don't think most cities name foods after their sports stars... I don't really have any evidence of this, but I can't recall being in Seattle or Portland and eating something named after a sports dude.

I don't recall that in DC or Atlanta either.

Seattle's Pearl Jam original name was suppose to be Mookie Blaylock after the basketball player

The Pedroia should be peanut butter and jelly with the crust cut off.

And it can only be eaten at home, since he can't hit on the road.

A cap of cola? like when you pour the drink into the cap, and drink it? like when i was 7 or something?

WTF is a cap of cola?

Wow. You're a fucking moron. Go back to NY, you piece of shit.

Take a trip to NYC, Chicago or Boston.  Portland and Washington are not exactly sports towns.

So really it's just North East cities... How about Philly? They got a lot of that?

Oh well guess I'll just have to focus on all the other Boston sports teams contending for titles at the moment  :)

Don't worry... My Lakers will get you again. You have to get past Miami first though... They made you look bad last night.

They do. I know Pitt does as well. I can't speak about the west coast cities because I don't spend a lot of time out there aside from LA which is super transient.

Who do you think has the best chance?  Looks like the Bruins have all the momentum right now.

Yup.

His career OBP is 38 points lower, but his slugging% is 89 points lower, making his OPS 127 points lower.  That's like being a completely different player.
