Dizzy may use certain other "things" that may facilitate fat loss on that many calories.
Wes, I've noticed the same issue, though.
Some guys seem able to pull it off for whatever reason, but being natural - and with my metabolism, etc. - I've got to cut back on portions of even the "good" cals if I want to move beyond a certain point.
And, that's even with doing cardio.
