look, Deciede, bro....I am short, can't get around it...I have good facial genetics...but, I have some health problems...a few yrs back, i had to learn to look at things for what they are, not for what you want them to be...I guess it's a variation on the "God grant me serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference" and the " God doesn't put anything on my plate that I can't handle" (this is if you believe in God).

due to this, i began to accept things, for what they are....and a calmness ensued...don't muddle thru life obsessing over bad genetics, shit you might just outlived everybody on this board---who is Team Bad genetics then?

Depression--go outside on a sunny day or go to the beach---and let the calmness, the wind, the leaves blowing in the wind, be your guide, or just meditate...be introspective and search within...you'll probably find that your Depression is a result of you Suppressing your true self...

It's partly determined by "Veranlagung", a scientific aspect of it being genetics.

I did not retract my statement. There are scientific aspects of many things, that doesn't mean you can explain the essence of things by that aspects.

After a year, white man has only put on 5kg of muscle mass and much more fat; black man put on over 8kg and almost no fat...

Are you saying some people do not have a better than average genetic response than others to weight training?
