I know the 202's guys come show time have 2% body fat or lower and are dry as hell. Most are short as am I 5'9. I was wondering if it's the combination of HGH and Slin that's giving them fuller muscle belly's? Even when I carb up I don't get even close to the fullness. Currently not on anything but soon. However even when I was on I never was as full as those guys. I look at myself and if I was to get down to nothing in BF I don't think I would look as full. Maybe its a combo of HGH, Slin and genetics. Anyone have any suggestions on how to obtain that kind of fullness?

Two big reasons and one small one yet important, muscle maturity plays a large role but maximizing your food is the main key. Don't buy into what those idiots on the G&O say, learning how to both maximize and manipulate both your carb and fat intake will help a lot.

Another important note, if your body is beaten down it doesn't matter how many carbs you eat, you're not going to fill out as well as a rested body would.

All of these things are important, unfortunately there isn't a key formula to follow as it will vary from person to person based on not only genetics but present physical state. Nevertheless, the principles apply to all.

I was assuming HGH and Slin was somewhat responsibly for the fullness and density. I've never tried any of them. However I'm too chicken shit to mess with Slin. I know I will never be a pro nor am I trying to be. I just like the look. Currently I'm flat because I'm dieting down for the summer with shit tons of cardio. I look more like an Athlete when I rather look like a Bodybuilder. I'll play the cards I'm delt and make the best of my structure.

I'm getting ready to cruise 200mg of cyp a week for 16 weeks in about 2 weeks. I'll probably hit a real cycle this fall which will include Tren. I've done Tren in the past and loved it.

What do you mean "beaten down"?
and how to avoid/cure it?

I think it means too much training vs not enough good food and rest.

Luolamies is right. Take for instance dieting for a show and the carb up, a lot of guys have to diet so hard at the end that they wear their bodies out...more often than not it's because they started their diet too late or went to soft with it early on because they were afraid of losing muscle and the last 3-4 weeks they kill themselves to make up for lost time. They may indeed end up lean enough but they're so worn out that their body doesn't react properly to a carb up. Of course a lot of guys end up getting desperate and eating more carbs than they need and looking a lot worse than they had to.

The best method, start the diet with enough time, start strong, don't "ease into it" and be lean enough 2-3 wks out. Those last wks back off the cardio a little bit, keep training as short as possible and let your body recoup a little bit and the carb up will work so much better. Of course this is I know the perfect scenario and if you're at a point where you can't back off that's fine, just forgo the massive carb up and look lean and hard...better than looking puffy and watery.

Obviously I'm basing this off of competition and the OP mentioned nothing about that but the same general rules can apply.

well the main reason is your 5'9 at 5'9 you need to be about 240 at that bodyfat to look like a pro or close.

I've been natural for 5 years now and I think thats the problem plus I tend to hold water like a bitch. That means if I drop the water weight I wouldn't even make the 202's. I also probably do too much cardio and it has caused me to go flat as hell no matter how many carbs I eat. I've been running 15 to 20 miles a week. And yes my body fat is probably higher. I haven't had it professionally done in a couple of years. Had some NPC friends guess estimate and they said I'm looking like around 12%. Last time I had it done I was 7% but that was two years ago and he could have been an idiot.

I've been running 15 to 20 miles a week.

My opinion on running as far as BB/PL goes is none, never! I honestly think it's way too stressful and taxing for the body. I prefer almost any type of cardio to it, brisk walking, swimming, cycling, etc. If you are one of those "weird" :D people who actually enjoy running and "have" to do it, cut back at least 50 %.

Maybe youre not "216 lbs at 7% BF" to begin with?

You don't beat around the bush, do you?  :D  8)
