Was that guy pointing or gun or something?   If not - that is ridiculous.   They tossed that guy and he is bleeding.

he didn't have a gun..

It took two big cops with Armour to take down one guy in a wheel chair..

Now this guy is going to sue and get5 big money from the taxpayers who have to pay for this shit.   This is why Idont side wththose who cheer on these bully cops, it cots th taxpayers a ashit load of money.   

I know one guy i grew up with who have 5 police brutality cases against him and it cost the taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars in settlements.

that just crazy..you think he would have lost his job before the 5th complaint. You are spot on that it costs everyone for the actions of a few cops..

He was promoted to detective, drives a mercedes and pulls down about 175k a year and will retire with a pension of about 100k a year for life at 45 y/o, plus health benes.  He is roided to the grills along with alot f the other cops I know.

That's just insane.  

Pension funds are the next bubble, as if you didn't know already...CALPERS already needed a bailout of sorts..

Equality.. people with handicaps don't like to be treated any differently than anyone else. So....when you have to arrest someone from a wheel chair, they get offended if you go too easy on them

But seriously, the LAST thing any patrol officer wants to do is arrest a guy in a 400 lbs wheel chair. Not only is it a PR nightmare, but you have to impound the darn wheelchair that weighs a ton. So since this video just happened to start at the moment the cops made their decision to arrest, I will have to wait to see the rest of the video before jumping on the "F**ck the pigs" side of the debate. Having been on the arresting end of a wheelchair bound person, I suspect he wasn't just tossing a chewing gum wrapper on the sidewalk.

Lol. I know.  But I just want to know why.  I am sure what ever it is, it may be spun by these cops to make it look like they were warranted, but still I would like to know.

Like 33333 was saying I can't imagine any reason outside that guy using a weapon.

I was. It was the same incident.

I was riding back fom Brooklyn between 3am, and 4am the only person in that subway car, I fell asleep and they basically yanked me out of the car. I was dazed and tired. I asked them why they were doing it and they told me I was loitering and I said I just fell asleep and apologised and would stay awake for the rest of ride but they started asking me for ID, etc. I then told them that I thought this was excessive and I had never committed a crime and one of them said I shouldn't be talking back to them, made me take off my shirt and jeans, down to the boxers, looking through my wallet and bag. I knew there wasn't much I could do, so I just shut up, they gave me a slip for $100 to pay, sent the money in the next day because otherwise I would have had to appear in court. Mind you, first time I ever experienced anything like that on that level. They were totally unprofessional and dickheads to boot.
