The reason the dogma of you "Need" test as you say exist is because it's the most important anabolic hormone of all, not only in-terms of bodybuilding but overall health as well.
Duchaine, yes, you're right, he did say that but Duchaine would assume you were using testosterone with the Deca and Dbol. You're talking about the guy that was the biggest Sustanon-250 of all time. Duchaine is also well noted for saying if he could only choose one steroid to use it would be testosterone.
Yes, Arnold loved Dbol, he's well known for talking about it and the Primo is more speculation but it's probably accurate as so much of it was available then. Even so, just because that was his favorite doesn't mean anything, it doesn't mean test wasn't used. My favorite without question is Tren, hands down that's my favorite but that doesn't negate test. Yes, Arnold and those guys used testosterone, I've heard him say it, I've heard him talk about it more than once...no, I haven't been around him a million times but enough to know that the no test rumor is BS.
