Thanks for the exercise advice. Preacher curls are a part of my arm routine already. I suspect it might be also the bodyfat issue. My guess is mine is somewhere around 12%. I like being fairly big (never got over the skinny kid syndrome) and since I am not competing it isn't a problem. When my arm are 18" and there is still no peak, I am gonna worry. Also, I have extremely long arms, like an ape. I suppose this makes a little difference too, don't really know.

Big difference here depending on where you live, every other guy in a USA bar\club is jacked so women dont really pay any attention, in UK maybe 1 in 50 guys looks like he lifts, get far more attention here if you lift.Having lived in both countries the difference is immense, men and woman in uk treat you much better if you have muscle.

Maybe I am just a vain, stuck-up egomaniac, but I always imagine that when folks look at me, they are admiring me....it is a positive feeling that I enjoy. Don't get me wrong, I know I am a regular average looking guy....nothing special. However, not too many men my age look as fit as I do. I think people appreciate that it takes commitment and work to look good and be healthy. I am also well aware that some of my good health is thanks to my parents passing me good genes.
