Greetings! I hope everyone here is on their way to a more positive future. GetBiggers that took the Fallsview Pledge are feeling healthier and their bodies are responding. All others, you have one more day to turn your life around and become the person you've always dreamed of.

His trainer was arrested a while back...it's in the news but his name is not mentioned. Fist is still working though...tough son-of-a-bitch. When they made Fist, they broke the mold. I have never come across someone who can do MMA, bodybuilding, Yoga and martial arts like Fist. Truly, one in a million.

It's not funny but rather infantile. Using the "F" word to make a point or try and be funny is just plain crass. Instead of embracing the "Positive Lifestyle" and reaping all the benefits from it, like a fly hitting the window you believe your outcome in life will change. It won't!

Negative thoughts can tell us about something that needs attention in our life whether it is at work or on a bodybuilding board. So, these thoughts lead to discovering what needs to be done and one can think positively or negatively to take care of it. Many people fail to see a negative occurrence as a learning experience and continue to feel victimized and helpless, ultimately blaming others for what they drew to themselves, failing to workout and getting fat or even blaming KING for all there downfalls. The importance of all this is...there are people on this board willing to help you Mr. H, yes...we do care!
