Maybe he did. The chick must have liked him enough to fuck him.

Maybe they talked originally and she was ok with it. Then he up and aborted it anyway... In this bullshit society a man has zero rights to anything related to parenting except the right to have to pay if SHE chooses for him to.

Men are completely fucked.

tubby should find a woman and get married and then have a kid

that's how it's usually done

btw - I think there is a 99.99% chance this guy is a loser and probably a possessive weirdo and when this chick figured out what a moron he was she wanted nothing to do with him or his retarded spawn

she should be given a award for being a great american and not adding another dumbfounded dipshit to our population
LOL let me explain something to you sir pregnancy prevention techiniques are 99.99% effective that means that there is a .01% chance that they had sex with protection and still got pregnant....

DIDNT MAKE ANYTHING UP THERE BRAIN CHILD!!!!

again there is a 99.99% chance she had sex without protection and if she did that then she was ok with the possibility of getting pregnant...

It's her body so it's her choice

Pretty big overstatement tony.  And not just because two of my kids were conceived while my wife was on birth control.   :)

Condoms aren't anywhere near 99.99 percent effective.  The pill, etc. are pretty effective, but none of them prevent pregnacy 99.99 percent of the time.  That's why consensual sex is a willful decision to possibly make a baby, whether you use contraception or not (because it doesn't always work).

it happens, the vast vast vast majority of the time contraceptives work as designed though

I agree with on the agreement on sex is being ok with possibly producing a child though.

You were actually close regarding depo provera.  It was supposedly 99.7 percent effective when my wife was taking it.  Upjohn (sp?) tracked her after her pregnancy because it was such a statistical anomaly.

But condoms?  They have a very high failure rate.  I've read 15 percent or higher.  Others (outside of the pill and the shot) can be as high as 40 percent.

I think condoms have a lot to do with how they are used

I agree.  So does the pill.  But human error is a part of its effectiveness (or ineffectiveness).

When it comes to the rights to decide everything about children... They do have all the advantages.

In this particular instance, Men have almost zero.

Who said that?  He doesn't have the right to put up a billboard about it.  That's what the judge said.  I agree with the judge.

I'm speaking for the 15+ percent of the people who use condoms and still make a baby.
