from the honourable gh15 himself, no one came close to Nasser in terms of tight waist with mass and being the true uncrowned Mr. Olympia :)

I would love to hear how Nasser got this big lean and hard as nails without getting a huge midsection. Check the obliques, his waist is fucking tight and very respectable. He has the waist of a man 30-40lbs lighter- AND HE MANAGED TO DO IT WITH HUGE LEGS!!! Very impressive, usually 500lb squats are needed for that kind of leg mass, and your entire trunk thickens in order to support the weight. Amazing.

Nasser15, please share some secrets. And why don't guys today look as good or better??? This picture is 14 15 years old! Where is the progress?????

That picture was a bit after his prime, and also taken after a meal + lots of water.  Anyone can show distention at the wrong angles when breathing in, after eating, etc.  However, on stage during his prime yes he had a very tight midsection especially considering his overall incredible size.

I don't think anyone would dispute that Nasser was an amazing bodybuilder... looks great in that shot...

His contest results speak for themselves in bodybuilding's most competitive era...

i think because of his long torso / short legs, his waist looked smaler and his quads bigger than they actually were

also he had a "heavy" structure, so guys 15lbs lighter were actually the same size regarding musclemass or even outmassed him (prime ronnie, yates, even levrone and dillet in some poses)

 but its true, he had a strong abdomenal wall with a deep eightpack, so his gut didn t bloop out on a regular basis as fux's did  ;)

I would not call that a tight waist - that is very blocky from where Im sitting - very low BF yes but a tight waist tapers in thats wide in this pic above.
