shrunk down 12-15 lbs each time. You do the math: started training at 120 lbs. Geared up at 145 lbs, went to 185 lbs on first cycle and only time in 10 years I've been under that is when I competed at 3-4% bodyfat. Taken long breaks often, and never
shrunk down to anything resembling my pre-gear days.
Or in other words, clean, I'm still twice the size that you are at a few inches taller than you.
