Cellulite can be overcome. It's usually form weakened connective tissue, toxic build up.
Leg exercises that build muscle and increase blood flow to the area will help. heavy squats, deadlifts, lunges, kettleblle swings etc.
Skin brushing the areas to encourage lymph flow and blood circulation will help tremendously.
Cut sugar out of the diet and it will make a dramatic difference. It weakens connective tissue. Remove all trans, hydrogenated fats and vegetable oils from the diet also.
I've seen this work plenty.
By the way women are supposed to have a big round ass, thats what a womans body is supposed to look like.
