Skin firming products

My friend (really) asked me to post on here and ask if anyone has used or know of a skin firming product that actually worked.

Over the counter preferably.

Preparation H .. and a really expensive wrap from a reputable spa are temporary ones

I've had 2 bottles of this and it really didn't meet my expectations after seeing all the adverts .. it's a nice lotion but the "firming" was not all that impressive at all .. it does minimal firming at best
