Why is the guy in the middle Mr. O while the guy on the right never did any damage?

They have the exact same proportions and the same level of conditioning while the guy on the right is waaay bigger.

guy on the right looks to have a better chest

I said this before, as Dorian was a multiple Mr. O Fux could've been Mr O just as well. Even his back was right up there with Dorians.

dont forget this is mr. olympia 97 where dorian presented his shittiest ever shape.. also you see them in the relaxed position.. when they were hitting poses it was another story..
