Leg workout before work
Meal 2: 8oz chicken, half cup rice
Meal 3: 8oz chicken, half cup rice and a juicy red apple, and a coffee
Will have one more meal at work and then whatever the wife makes for dinner, prob a shake, some natty pb and hopefully some putang pie before bed...
