Yesterday was a filthy one.

2 eggwhite and oatmeal shakes
1/2 party pizza from greco
double quater punder meal
big bag of M&M peanuta
litre of pineapple juice
Bowl of incream covered in peanut butter
banana bread

missing a few things as well!

I had some Thomas Jefferson Muffins,with some Jimmy Carter Cornbread and Chicken, followed by two helpings of John Doe Pie and 2 cups of Blue Ridge Mountain coffee!

Why not...
breakfast: 8 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, with a half cup of oats with honey, water with crystal light, and a coffee
 
Leg workout before work

Meal 2: 8oz chicken, half cup rice

Meal 3: 8oz chicken, half cup rice and a juicy red apple, and a coffee

Will have one more meal at work and then whatever the wife makes for dinner, prob a shake, some natty pb and hopefully some putang pie before bed...

i see you like your protein shakes! back when i used to drink shakes allt he time i always went with ON whey or dymatize. the dymatize chocolate mint tastes soooooooo good. which flavour are you drinking at the moment?

Meal 1-10:30am 500ml liquid egg whites w/ 1 scoop whey
Meal 2-2pm 2 chicken breasts w/ bbq sauce, coke zero
4pm 1cc Test Prop, 1cc Tren Ace, 25mg Ephedrine
Trained Back
Meal 3-6:30pm 500ml liquid egg whites w/ 1 scoop whey, 1 glass orange juice, bowl of apple cinnamon cheerios w/ skim milk
Meal 4-11pm homemade double burger w/ ketchup/mustard, coke zero

Shoulder of venison pan fried then finished off under the grill like Chef Adonis would like with some chopped up celery and horseradish
Then I had my first Maccie D's in about 3 months which was 2 double cheeseburgers, large fries and a large vanilla shake.

yeah that wqs me

i have no idea about the macros i just try to get in a striking distance of 3500-4000kcal a day but I can't really tell. I used to weigh food etc as a teenager all obsessive compulsive but I can never go back to that crazyness. I just put some foods together that seem decent enough/

6AM: leftover half steak and fruit (a lot)
11AM: 6 whole eggs sunny side up with a whole loaf of bread
1PM: steak+salad+ rice (3 lbs all toghether)
3PM: 1 liter buttermilk + 2 snickers
8PM: home cooked meal @ my mom
11PM: 1 liter buttermilk + 1 big snickers bar
