I know it's hard to believe but I guarantee you those fatsos are stuffing their face after the gym. An hour of hard training burns 600cals if you're lucky.... I'm sure you can imagine how easy it is to undo that, especially w all the fast food & junk food available to us. Not to mention if they do go to the gym, they'll probably indulge later on bc "oh it's ok, I worked out"
Put ANYONE on galeniko/oth diet, or less extreme, weight watchers/Seattle sutton. If they stick w it they WILL lose weight--barring a rare medical disorder. But otherwise, if they're not losing weight it's bc they aren't sticking w the diet. PERIOD.
