So far today:
- 6 whole eggs, 3 slices of toast, 1 tub cottage cheese, 2 italian sausages, banana, blueberry muffin, glass of milk
- Blended 4 whole eggs, litre of milk, 2 bananas, cocoa, honey, frozen blueberries.
- 500g beef mince made into 3 burger patties, 3 burger buns, 3 slices of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard, ketchup, 2 baked potatoes w/ sour cream
Will have another meal before bed, probably involve more milk.
Anybody else get tired of this crap?! As in food? I hate eating now, I really just dread the thought of preparing, eating and cleaning up. Can't you just get an intravenous drip, feeding you a steady supply of amino acids, glucose, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals?
