Once the body has taken what it needs from the food the rest is discarded. Are you saying then that if one eats the right amount of food for their energy and survival one should cease to poo?
what I'm saying is I believe that you've got pretty much 100% caloric utilisation without any going to fat if you still have the energy to train hard and you have limited dumps.
think abt it- where'd all those cals go from the waste from overeating? if you have enough energy to train w limited limited food/ limited waste it's not a stretch to assume all that waste held cals the body couldn't utilize. and where do they end up?
I'm just a common sense guy. I observe things and take a common sense approach to making what I do work better. there's no way of proving it but it sure makes sense.
I think we get too caught up in the 'science of bbing' and blindly follow everyone else cause that's what your supposed to do instead of paying attention to what's going on w their bodies.
the greatest barometer of what is going on in and with your body is your body itself. why ignore that.
