Broke fast at 1130
Double chicken chipotle ,beans salsa little bit sour cream rice guacamole
2 scoops Beverly ump protein
Apple
Serving almonds
Small bowl of homemade turkey chili
2 scoops Beverly ump with fiber powder and spoonful of ref velvet peanut butter

Does anyone know roughly how many cals that is? I wanna see if my estimation is right...

chipotle about 1000-1200
protein about 250-300
apple 100-150, depending on size
almonds 180
chili who knows, 200-400?
protein +pb 350-450


so 2080 - 2680... lol

The chilli was prob like 250
Then the last shake was 240 and like 100ish for the pb -I had less than 2 tbsp I think
So you were pretty much thinking the same as me

U think I'm off with the chipotle estimate??

1. Package of 93% lean ground turkey and 2 vanilla greek yogurt cups

2. Chinese food: teriyaki chicken, general tso's chicken white rice and egg rolls

3. Ben and jerry's cookie core ice cream pint

4. 7 eggs 3 egg whites and 2 slices of wheat toast with 0 cal spray butter

5. Ny style steak, mashed potatoes and green beans

6. Egg omlete with mushrooms, onions and peppers

7. Tuna fish sandwich on same wheat bread

8. Metrx protein-plus fudge delux bar and quest bar cookie dough

7 pm: 5 whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal with cinommon and vanilla , 1 tbsp red velvet peanut butter, strawberries

Lately been making this breakfast scramble:

Cook 2-3 strips of bacon in frying pan
Dice up 1 jalapeņo, 1/4 bell pepper, and some red onion.
Scramble up 4 eggs in a bowl
Once the bacon is done put the bacon on a plate and leave the pan on the burner. About #4 or 5 heat
Use the bacon grease to cook everything. Throw in the veggies then pour in the eggs.
Scramble and flip and mix everything for a few seconds. Then throw in your cheese and continue to mix.
Should only take a couple minutes to fully cook.
*you can either chop up the bacon and add it to the scramble or eat it on the side.
** also sometimes I use about 4-5 sausage links instead of bacon.

Season with whatever you like, I usually choose pepper, siracha, and or a dollop of sour cream.
Great breakfast tastes amazing.  :)

Had a cheat meal Saturday. Lamb gyro and fries with feta cheese and spicy tahziki sauce. Superb.
Followed it up with an Oreo shake.

hollowed out round of italian bread with meatless strips, daiya cheese, saitan, lettuce, ketchup and mustard
most of a box of berry chex
most of a box of maple cereal with pb2 mixed in
1.5 liters breyers reeses ice cream
1 box back to nature chocolate chunk cookies
1 vegan chocolate muffin
couple tablespoons of almond butter
1 lb grapes
