Let's see...

Meal 1
1 egg
250 gr cottage cheese
25 gr oats
1 scoop cocoa
0.25 cup nut mix
0.25 cup cranberries
1 large carrot
75 ml orange juice

Meal 2 & 4
150 gr meat
100 gr white rice
225 gr spinach
0.5 spoon olive oil
himalayan salt

Meal 3 & 5
150 gr meat
100 gr white rice
250 gr tomato sauce
100 ml orange juice
himalayan salt

Post-workout
4.5 scoops maltodextrin
6.5 scoops chocolate powder
1 teaspoon iodised salt

Meal 6
2.5 scoops flavored whey
1.5 scoops casein powder
1 large carrot

Same thing I eat everyday except my 1 off day which is either Saturday or Sunday

Breakfast
Bagel
2 organic chicken spinach and feta sausages

Breakfast 2
Sandwich made from soft onion roll, guacamole, shredded baked chicken

Snack
Organic grapes, organic blueberries, granola bar

Lunch 1
Organic Chopped salad: broccoli sprouts, Romain, cauliflower, chicory with poblano ceaser and shrimp scampi

Snack
Organic apple and granola bar

Lunch 2
Organic quinoa pasta, organic round turkey, organic marinara sauce

Dinner
Usually a repeat of my sandwich from earlier


For the exception of my sandwich bread and granola bar I only eat organic or in the case of seafood wild caught...I have done this for about a year and I feel waaay better...I have had really bad digestive issues For about 5 years...switched to all organic and it went away

At that point I am done with eating usually..my TMJ won’t allow my jaws to work much anymore I Skip it..but if I do have it it’s usually some Ezekiel bread with strawberry jam..or a protein waffle with strawberry jam on it..I work out first thing in the morning, so I have carbs before bed

I’ve just lost fat...I have had roughly the same amount of muscle for several years..focusing on getting stronger and not giving a damn about more size..

Yogurt with Kashi sprinkled on it. Orange juice, coffee w/ half and half

Tillamook cheese burger, fries and ice tea @ Burgerville

Healthy Choice steamers, chicken w/ broccoli in a light cream sauce, coffee

Protein drink and V-8

Water throughout the day

It makes no sense to me, you throw away a lot of nutrients. It would be different when he ate 20-30 egg whites like some pros do, but 3 eggs won't hurt you. The cholesterol raising theory is pretty much a myth.

Even when the eggs are scrambled? You are the first person I know who said they didn't like the flavor of egg yokes. Don't try duck or goose eggs (not the golden ones) because they are gamy tasting.
