Organic Chopped salad: broccoli sprouts, Romain, cauliflower, chicory with poblano ceaser and shrimp scampi

Organic apple and granola bar
Lunch 2
Organic quinoa pasta, organic round turkey, organic marinara sauce
Dinner
Usually a repeat of my sandwich from earlier
For the exception of my sandwich bread and granola bar I only eat organic or in the case of seafood wild caught...I have done this for about a year and I feel waaay better...I have had really bad digestive issues For about 5 years...switched to all organic and it went away
