15 ounce chicken breast, 3 egg whites, one can brown beans, two cups blueberries and rasberries

one monster energy drink with 50 grams sugar pre workout

three scoops whey (75g) and half bag costco popcorn (probably 200g carbs)

ham, potatoes, croutons... maybe 100g protein, 75g carbs, 45g fats total.. 

one bag sunflower seeds, three chocolate puddings, one ice cream cone, small uncrustable sandwhich

ham (another 100g protein worth)



at around 16gms protein per 100gms that a lot of ham..

T, if you want to do this right, measure and weigh almost everything especially protein and carbs. I still have to gain 9 more lbs and then I go to maintenance until I start dieting again in April

thanks, buddy. It is a double bourbon burger from Carl's jr. I could have wished for some more veggies, but somehow they don't fit well with the thick bourbon sauce. Good burger overall.

Nope. No Carl's Jr. yesterday. Thanksgiving breakfast at home with family. -Dinner on my own watching the tele in the living room.  :) Maybe I'll do Carl's Jr. tomorrow because I have to be on a liquid diet on Sunday in prep for some minor surgery Monday afternoon.

BTW, I love a good Jewish rye. -Think I might want some corned beef to go with the horseradish though. Smoked fish and rye bread??? Never tried that. What kind of smoked fish? Smoked salmon bisque is like to die for.

With the amount and frequency of your meals how on earth do you find the time to weigh, measure, and cook everything?

Sounds good as long as the trout was filleted properly so there's no bones. -Maybe smear a little aioli on the bread?

From January 1, 2020 I am on Vince Gironda 'Steak & Egg diet'

- 1st Jan., 2 meals p/d : 200 grams beef steak & 3 extra large eggs , fried on butter

-2nd Jan.,2 X p/d :oily fish 200 gr & 3 eggs

-3rd Jan,. 2X: 200gr kangaroo & 4 eggs , roo meat is too lean so I add 1 more egg for extra fat

-4th Jan,. 2X beef & eggs

-

I only drink espresso's (no sugar) ,water & ice tea, at night 2 tea spoons of fibre powder

Here in northern England we call our midday meal dinner rather than lunch and what we call our evening meal tea rather than dinner

Haha I greatly enjoy high fat salted foods

Also, you pronounce tomato wrong, and the biggest mistake you make is letting all these Paki’s into your country.  The queen must feel appalled and downright ashamed.

2 whole eggs,8 egg whites, 1 cup of oats w/psyllium husk, 1/2 cup raisins, 2tbls honey

Protein drink w/egg whites and 11/2 scoops of protein, bagel with jam

2 chicken enchiladas w/some chips and guacamole (wife and I went to lunch)

8oz ground beef (88/12) mixed with 2 cups of pasta and some red sauce

2 scoops waxy maze, protein drink (same as above)

10 egg whites before bed w/spinach

My 1st bacon & egg sandwich in the last 3 years , wow tastes great.

(2 slices of bacon & 3 large eggs on dark rye bread)
