From January 1, 2020 I am on Vince Gironda 'Steak & Egg diet'
- 1st Jan., 2 meals p/d : 200 grams beef steak & 3 extra large eggs , fried on butter
-2nd Jan.,2 X p/d :oily fish 200 gr & 3 eggs
-3rd Jan,. 2X: 200gr kangaroo & 4 eggs , roo meat is too lean so I add 1 more egg for extra fat
-4th Jan,. 2X beef & eggs

I only drink espresso's (no sugar) ,water & ice tea, at night 2 tea spoons of fibre powder
