-12oz glass of V8 low sodium veg juice.
-6 whole egg omelet with ham, spinach, onions, bell peppers, salt/pepper and mozzarella cheese. 1 cup cooked oatmeal with brown sugar and walnuts. 12oz of whole milk.
-A few cups of coffee with a little real sugar.
-Two Tilapia fillets cooked with lemon and garlic butter. 2 cups of cooked white rice. Broccoli. 12oz of whole milk.
-Half a can of unsalted almonds.
-16oz Diet Pepsi.
-Workout.
-14oz Ribeye pan seared with garlic and butter in an iron skillet and finished in the oven medium rare. 1 large sweet potato with brown sugar. A dozen asparagus, steamed. Iced tea, no sugar.
-1 bag of popcorn.
-3-16oz Local Brews (not normal but i was watching a good movie)
-6 to 8 liters of water throughout the day.
Was a good day. Still slowly losing weight. 5 pounds from my goal.
