Meal #1 - Pre-Workout
1 scoop whey in water
3 cups of coffee

Meal # 2 -Post- Workout:
1 scoop whey in water
1 cup steel cut oats mixed in shake
1 banana

Meal # 3:
Lean ground beef patty
salad with vinegar + olive oil dressing
2 chocolate chip rice cakes with natty PB
water

Meal # 4 :
chicken breast
salad with vinegar + olive oil dressing
water

Also had a huge bowl of air-popped popcorn with fake butter spray and a Diet-Coke

Homemade breakfast burritos, eggs, chorizo, onions, cheese and peppers, wrapped in a comal toasted tortilla covered in butter. Water.

2 cups of coffee with real sugar.

BBQ chicken, pork ribs and sausages. Baked beans, sweet potato casserole, cole slaw and homemade bread.

Spent the whole day eating and drinking beer. Had some friends over to try some BBQ, not a big thing here where i live now. So i decided to bust out the smoker.

Probably ate 4 plates of chicken, ribs, cole slaw and beans. ;D

Sometimes i miss living in Texas. Even shot off a few rounds in the back pasture.

Was going to do a brisket, but too time consuming. Maybe for the 4th i'll smoke one of those.

I hardly ate anything yesterday. After a few days of stuffing my face with hotel food at a conference, I needed to fast. Since I don't fast, I had a cup of yogurt, half a glass of OJ and a cup of coffee for breakfast. Nothing for lunch and a half of a chicken Cesar salad for dinner washed down with a wine, lime Margarita over crushed ice.

4 soft scramble eggs
Sweet potato / broccoli hash
Blueberries

8 oz elk burger with sauteed onions on some cauliflower sandwich thins, avocado mayo
blueberries

10 oz grass fed ribeye
broccoli
tomatoes with olive oil

1.5 cups greek yogurt with cocoa powder
strawberries


Light activity day - 48 min am walk only, so didn't need much calories

It's easy for me because I like the food.  I generally oven roast a bag of broccoli and 4 chopped up sweet potatoes, then just pull off that for 4 days, then repeat.  You travel a lot - if you want to spend the $ and have access, could do Athletic Greens or something like that.

4 oatmeal cookies and 1 large pouch of tuna w italian dressing

4 oatmeal cookies and 10oz strip, green salad low cal dressing

2 greek yogurts


- cookies are a healthy version lol... about 100 calories, 15 carbs, idc about fat intake..
 
going to see how much fat i can lose cutting cookies!! only looking to lose 10lbs lol....short vacation coming!

carbs cycling.... 200 grams carb high day..

I was actually just thinking about Athletic Greens recently after getting the sales pitch from Rogan while I was out walking. I'm on a little vacation just now but hoping I'm done with travelling for a while and can get my routine going again. Finally tried the smoothie earlier - really not too bad. Definitely the best way for me to incorporate the stuff into my diet.

It is one of the wonderful aspects of aging, you don't have to constantly stuff your mouth with calories to survive because most folks’ metabolisms slow down. Mine sure has. I can now savor what I eat rather than worry about it being enough calories, protein, and carbs etc. to maintain my desired weight. Food tastes great again.

Big Chiro Flex here was a proponent of them.

I do a shot of wheatgrass powder with the Tongkat Ali shit I'm trying.  Not sure if wheat grass has any real benefits, but it was cheap enough.  The  4 oz of water I mix both with tastes like battery acid.
