I only eat one two times per day. And normally a fruit/veggie smoothie.
Meal 1: 4 hard boiled eggs, avocado, grape leaves, hummus, pita, cucumbers and tomato.
Meal 2: salad with chicken, peppers, onions, zucchini, squash, celery, and almonds.
Meal 3: fruit/veggie smoothie with spinach, strawberries, bananas, raspberries, blueberries and mango.
