Where do you get raw milk?
I googled it and found that a farm the next town over was a licensed seller.
I had literally driven past it 100s of times and had no idea it was there, as it's mixed into a residential area.
I am going to stay with it for a while.......eating day has been like this:
Breakfast:
Either salmon / bison / boar / elk, etc with greek yogurt, 3 eggs, 1/2 avocado, 1-2 ezekiel bread, depending on workout, glass raw milk
Snack - shake with blueberries or mangos, protein, raw milk
Preworkout is black coffee with laird functional mushroom creamer and two tbsp of maple syrup, sometimes cup raw milk and blend
Dinner - similar to breakfast - some meat, maybe baked broccoli, occasional small carb etc....
I don't count the macros, but I'm never hungry and love all the foods. I've put on about 10lbs since Sept and it feels like (mostly) good weight. Would take about 6-8 weeks to be beach shape if I want to go that route.
