For the last couple of weeks my wife has been making overnight oats in a mason jar for our breakfasts
7:30 - Plain greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of Coaches oats,2 scoops vanilla whey protein, fruit (usually cherries, banana and/mango. Super easy on my stomach and have noticed my digestive system in general has got a lot better.
1:00 - Hamburger Patty, 200grms brown rice
6:30 - Pork chop, 200 grams brown rice
