This local guy in South Africa comes out nowhere, saunters on stage and wins our IFBB Nationals this past weekend...His name's Vusumzi Njisane, he's only 26 years old (+-230 pounds) and been competing for less than 2 years... started getting some "advices" from a local IFBB pro half way through the year.

Back definitely looks better there. Pic I found must have been a bad one, where he wasn't fully flexing.

Somone should send a picture to Uncle Joe Weider. Maybe he will bring Vusi over to the states so he can start competing in IFBB contests.

typical black man genetics.....by the time he was 5 he had boulder shoulders, thick pecs, developed abs, tiny waist and large biceps......he could curl and eat Snickers bars and have lean 21" arms.
