I have no problem believing Arnold's arms were somewhere between 21in and 22in - remember he was over 6ft tall and wasn't as ripped and dry as Phil when he competed so in terms of pure girth they were probably about the same.

Says the internet hero by looking  pictures? One question: How you can measure 3D arm from the 2D picture? Well, you can't. End of  the story. You simply can't compare circumference of the arm by lookin 2D pictures, that is stupid thing to do, because you can't know even the aspect ratio and how thick the bicep really is. You can get real inches just by measuring the real thing, and that's it. There is no another way to do it.

Arnold's weight and arm size varied throughout his career from big to huge. At his biggest, he would've easily had 22" arms, given his height.

Good way to expose yourself my friend. If your such an expert you'd know even ronnie inflates his own height, he's only 5'9"/5'10", these guys inflate all there measurements by atleast an inch, even bobby chiocorela claimed to be like 6 10. Anyhow numbers mean nothing he looks good move along.

I think Arnold had genuine 21 inch arms off season. That is bloody huge. 2 inches is an enormous amount re arm size, just look at the difference in your leg near the knee and higher up!
