I have met and spoken to Shawn numerous times and he states he has never used insulin. Don't know how true, but his physique doesn't look like it. Always had the old school 80's polish throughout his career.

drug abuser Dorian and Kevin the alchoholic look healthier than Sean. So much for insulin ruining health Sean looks closer to  a diabetic than them, a hypogondal one at that. It's a shame he had to have that girly ass voice with his amazing physique though, that must of sucked. Could of been in some action movies.
