you quit drinking and start finding the long-lost joy of buying and actually eating healthy foods and of writing every thing you eat in a nutrition log with cals, fat, carbs, protein and fiber. In only three plus weeks, the 291 has turned into 267. And every day brings you a step closer to being back to your former self and your face is less bloated and your stomach a little less. And you look in the mirror and say, "why the f*** did I ever do to myself?" And the answer is- I don't know- but I know this: never again, I will rise from the ashes and be a healthy person for the rest of my life. This is too much fun and I am going to enjoy the journey back to full health and fitness.
