I JUST SPOKE TO A CO AT THE JAIL WHERE HE IS.
THE VISA WAS NOT UPDATED BEFORE HE LEFT...

SO NOW EVERYONE CAN QUIT SPECULATING WITH ALL THE BS THEORIES

Victor got his pro card by winning 2000 NPC Nationals overall, but according to NPC's rule,

"an athlete must be a citizen to compete in the following national competitions, NPC nationals championships"

how come victor still needs a visa to enter into NY

no you do not go to motherfucking jail for visa problems, my cousin's visa expired a long tiem ago and she travels all she wants and gets paid under the table and no cops come knocking on her door, you get arrested for actual crimes and if ur visa is expired u get deported, if people had to have visas to be here there wouldn't be anyone to bus your table

do you mean she traveled outside, out of American territory? How could she come back with an expired visa?

I worked as a Detention Officer and I've never heard of something like that occurring.  Doesn't make sense
