Thanks for the nice words guys. Will be battling in about in 4 days time (Friday prejudging am and finals pm). If  everything goes as planned then Sat at 9pm is the overall. Will be leaving on Wed (tomorow 9 Nov) to Melaka. Its just a 2 hours drive from KL so its no bad at all especially when on a strict diet. Alright, 1 last pix also taken 4 days out. Hopefully can give you guys good news in next few days. Cheers and keep pumpin and most important stay healthy. Luv you all.

Got some pix taken a few hours ago (3 days out) but dont think have enough time to post though as i am leaving in next 1o hours or so. Still havent packed yet. lol.  ;D

GIB, i am used to getbig members already by now. Got immune to them  lol  I am ok coz i dont take their nasty comments to my heart. I just wanna come here , share knowlegde, update you guys on what i a doing and most important have fun. Be happy all the time bros!
   I am planning to drop 2 more kg max for the Worlds. I am holding just a littlewater on my  back and glutes/hams tie in at the moment. So 100kg (220 lbs) for a 5' 9" fella is pretty good weight  think! Alright, i lied the last time, this is for sure my last pix. thanks to all!
