A very nice physique. You look quite tall too, but then I'm barely five feet myself. I'm no fan of drugs, but your physique looks to be built on hard work as well. I think that your standing straight in poses adds to your "look" in an very positive way. Too many bodybuilders squat down to "emphasize" their overbuilt hamstrings and fat asses and "hide" their huge guts, but you seem quite proportionate and as I said, you look taller than most people on the dais.

thank you so much again guys for all the positive comments. I am leaving for Melaka now, a good 2 hours drive from KL. Will be checking in the hotel with the MAlaysian team later. Dont think will be able to post more update pics from now on til after my show. Showtime is almost here a mere 48 hour away. Tomorrow is weigh in 24 h hours before pre judging. Will be in the Heavyweight class (up to 100kg).

Folks, i just got back from the World's and now i am already updating you guys. I won the heavyweight class (up to 100kg) and came in third in the overalls. I am a world champion now. Would have been nicer if i had won the overall but i will surely try again next year. Got to look at the pix to see how i really fared in the overalls. I am still waiting for the pix. I dont have much pix at the moment but will post more very soon

Bro, i was 101kg (222.2lbs) at the Asian. Wanted to come in a little drier so decided to come in as a heavyweight instead.
