Site enhancement oils have a very bad reputation in bodybuilding lately, mostly because of a few misguided competitors who stepped on stage with some truly distorted muscle bellies as a result of incorrect site enhancement.
Before I discuss a standard pro level site enhancement protocol, lets be clear about the difference between SEO's and site enhancement as a result of inflamation. SEO's are oils used (primarily) in the offseason to stretch out the muscle fascia of a lagging body part with the hope of accelerated, permanent growth. Site enhancement from inflammation is common pre contest. A few well placed injections of esiclene, injectable dianabol/anadrol, winstrol/test suspension can make a lagging body part look great.
Now we all (or most of us) know that synthol is injected into the muscle in varying volumes of oil over an extended period of time leading to a stretch. This is basic. Now there are some tricks circulating in the pro ranks to really optimize the results of the "stretch."
Lets assume we are dealing with the biceps.
- Inject standard volume of synthol mixed with whatever other pre workout oils (TNE, injectable dbol/drol, etc) into biceps heads pre workout.
- Inject IGF-1 DES in each biceps head pre workout.
- Administer a potent vasodilator for increased blood flow to the area - Viagra is the most popular - pre workout.
- Now, this will hurt A LOT and we need to go to very high reps - beyond the pain threshold of most humans so it is usually necessary to consume some type of opiate painkiller like nubain - pre workout.
- Workout should be very high reps of isolation exercises for that muscle....the goal is to fill it up with as much blood volume as possible. The nubain/oxycontin/painkiller of your choosing should let you go to a rep range a level of pain you normally would not be able to tolerate.
Follow this protocol in combination with pre workout insulin and post workout IV hgh.
