6.gear must be legit to work! i would not touch anything beside american or europian pharm products. mexico is dirty but is ok but it out of luck now days.
9.any bodybuilder can grow from any type of gear. you dont have to take test in addition to deca and you dont have to take something else with dianabol for growth. this is common mistake of most local gym rats that they never learn from.
10. your main mission is to chose the drug you want,, take it,, and concentrate more on the dose of the drug taken and on the form and training session insted of doing stupid combos of stuff and wait for miricales. the more advanced you will become the more stuff you will combine for a better effect. test is not a MUST!

Whilst doing some traveling around Europe I acquired about 30 boxes of SPA Oxandrolone from italy, old stuff with an expiry date from 2004. They have been sitting around in a store room and after reading your advice I thought perhaps it is time to use this stuff up.

Being just an average gym rat I wanted to ask how best to use it and what kind of dosage, bearing in mind most people usually advise to throw this stuff in the bin as its useless.

Anavar isn't useless at all.  Some guys just aren't happy unless they bloat like a blowfish.  Dunno about the expiration tho.  Ask a pharmacist.

Thanks guys, just looked up some info on expiry dates:

Storage plays a big role in preserving the drug's potency. If your medicine is kept in your bathroom it will undergo changes due to the level of moisture deriving from the use of hot water in the shower or from the faucet. Direct sunlight and exposure to air such as in a not well closed bottle are other cases.

FDA conducted a study years ago requested by the military which proved that 90% of more than 100 drugs, were reported fine to use even 15 years after the expiration date!


Stuff I bought, boxed, sealed, hasnt moved from the store room in 8 years, no light or heat exposure, hopefully still some potency left.

Well that would be 75mg a day, I have heard some people use 100mg every day, but I think that is excessive.

I think you should get some new anavar. potency drops about 10% per year. If they were not in blister strips they would be all soft and chalky. just toss them and buy some new anavar. those will be a waste-IMO. Its a fact air,moisture just having them for that long the chemical would weaken and the inactive ingredients if they drop in potency 10% a year your going to be taking something that is probably 1mg per tab but I guess if you dont want to buy new anavar take them but you would have to take like 50 a day.

i know is 75mg but with the years passed i would estimate 75mg=like 30-40
