I change in an later out of my gym clothes in the locker room (the gym personnel frown on folks doing this out on the gym floor. LOL!) This takes me all of about 5-6 minutes, my cock is out for maybe a minute or two at the longest. Occasionally, I shower if I use the pool or the sauna. I usually just wear my swim trunks in the shower since they are going to get wet in the pool anyway. If I forget to bring a towel I might air dry myself for a couple of minutes in front of a box fan that's in the locker room for this purpose.
