ok is deep breathing through the nostrils the key? since gregg plitt is natural

he does have a nose for snorting but perhaps he is snorting alot of air during his lifts, this helps keep him more focused because hey may inhale more oxygen. ive tried this and does seem to have a marginal effect

stop with the crazy shit and go lift some weights and inhale exhale like a normal person.

of  course he did...i honestly think he doesnt use any AAS nowdays besides clen ,T3 ....have any of you seen him in person? I have.., he doesnt look big at all..just a tall ,athletic kinda skinny guy...Not impressive at all...these  guys look a decent when they pumping up in the gym and thats about it ..
